Personal records and church data are separate by default.
Veil supports confession, gratitude, QT, Bible reading, announcements, attendance, and prayer requests. Its AI does not grant absolution or replace church attendance, pastoral care, or professional counseling.

Write without an account
The free response starts in your browser. Nothing is sent while it is generated; saving and AI are separate actions.

Receive Scripture on-device
Rules and the early English WEB-based library create the free response locally. The English library is still awaiting pastoral review.

Keep control after saving
Signed-in users can export JSON or delete personal records and reading progress. Auth account, church data, and provider backups are outside this scoped deletion.
Privacy
Private by default, without claiming “fully anonymous.”
Identity and confession review content are stored separately: the review record has no user-ID field. This limits direct identity lookup by design, while server encryption, access controls, and audit records protect saved personal records.
This is separation, not a claim of full anonymity or end-to-end encryption. Operators may access originals only for limited support, safety, abuse-investigation, or legal reasons. Confessions are never forwarded to a church automatically.

FAQ
Before you begin.
Are my confessions shared with my church?
No. Personal confessions, journals and AI responses are not automatically forwarded to a church or guardian. A care request shares only the request and contact method you explicitly allow.
Is Veil fully anonymous or end-to-end encrypted?
No. Identity and anonymous review content are separated by schema, but authorised operators may access originals for limited support, safety, abuse-investigation or legal reasons with an audit record. Veil does not claim full anonymity or end-to-end encryption.
How is the personalised reflection made?
The app searches its bundled corpus with lexical, similarity and structural signals, then assembles the selected Scripture, reflection, prayer and next step on your device. Your text is not sent to an external generative-AI provider.
Do I need an account?
No account is needed for the local personalised reflection. Sign-in is required only when you choose to save or manage account-scoped records.
Is the church dashboard available in English?
Not yet. The church dashboard interface is currently Korean only. The English personal meditation app, pricing, policies, security and status pages are available.
