Do I need an account for the Free plan?
Yes. The Free personal plan costs $0 but requires an account so usage limits, consent choices and records can be scoped to you.
Does the personalised reflection use an external AI?
Not currently. Corpus retrieval and structural reranking run on your device, and your text is not sent to an external generative-AI provider.
How do cancellation and refunds work during the beta?
Self-service cancellation is not connected yet. Send cancellation or refund requests to support@veildaily.com. Detailed withdrawal and partial-refund rules remain beta terms and are disclosed in the payment policy.
Does a church plan let church staff read personal confessions?
No. Personal confessions, journals and AI responses remain separate from church data by default and are not automatically forwarded to church staff. A care request shares only what the user explicitly allows.
